For full benefits of Hardcore Strength Xenadrine RFA-X, take 3 liquid capsules with a glass of water 2 times a day, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals.  It is no Hydroxycut, going to have to find a better replacement.

| Details: I am what they call a chronic user of thermogenics and have tried just about every dieting product ever to hit the shelf. The only one I found to actually deliver results was Hydroxycut. When I started building a tolerance to that, I started using Hydoxycut Hardcore and it worked really good for me. Well, it was recalled in May leaving me to look for a similar product.
I also talked to a representative at GNC, when Hydoxycut was pulled from the shelfs, and he recommended Xenadrine RFA-X. I've tried it for a month now and really cannot say that it is an adequate replacement. I don't get the boost of energy I once got from Hydoxycut. I don't feel as defined as I did while taking Hydroxycut, and I have noticed my weight creeping up even though I have not altered my diet or exercise routine. In addition, I can take my last dose of Xenadrine around 5 PM and still sleep like a baby. If I took Hydroxycut that late, I'd toss and turn all night.
So, it's off to try another product in an effort to find a suitable replacement for Hydroxycut Hardcore. I am trying Lipo6X next while I wait for Muscletech to re-release a kinder, gentler, Hydroxycut.

| Details: I started taking Hydroxycut Hardcore about 2-3 weeks before I left Afghanistan then once I got back to the states I realized it was recalled. I went to my local GNC and they recommended this but of course I bought it off allstarhealth for obvious reasons. I started taking it a few days ago and so far it feels the same as hydroxycut. I compared the ingredients and a lot of them are similar except for the whole dying and kidney failure of the cut! I weighed 168lbs during my heavy lifting and bulking up phase in the desert then for the last two weeks there I wanted to get cut and I went from 168lbs to 156lbs and at 5'9"-5'10" I'm not looking to shabby. This appears to be my natural weight actually so I'm hoping this keeps getting me even dicier. I say give it a shot, it wasn't to expensive and my body doesn't seem to know the difference so far.
