My mainstay

Due to a very complicated medical history, Im very limited to what and how much regular food I can eat. I rely on this protein mix to support to keep my body going. It does an excellent job or I wouldnt be here. As a woman I also rely on it to maintain the muscle mass I have when Im limited to physical activity, especially since Ive hit menopause prematurely. I highly recommend it.
