Dymatize Extended Release XT Protein contains a slow-digesting protein blend as well as a small amount of quick digesting whey proteins, making it an incredibly versatile protein blend. Extended Release XT Protein is rich in slow-digesting milk caseins and egg albumin proteins. It also contains whey concentrates and whey isolates, providing protein both now and later for up to 12 hours of positive nitrogen retention! Dymatize also included extra BCAA’s and glutamine making this blend a very effective recovery protein.
Extended Release XT Protein also contains a mix of healthy fats including medium chain triglycerides, flax seed oil and borage oil rich in GLA to promote healthy energy metabolism.
