Manufacturer's Directions
For best results measure the liquid first, approximately 7 or more ounces of water or juice into a closeable container. Add one tablespoonful of powder to the liquid and shake well. Use 2-4 times per day, as you feel more comfortable in the process you may choose to increase up to 5-7 times per day for 1-3 days and then return to 2-3 times per day thereafter. Cleansing and purification servings are unique to each individual. If in doubt use the lower serving size and increase as needed. Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur.
