Manufacturer's Directions
Should be taken 30-45 minutes prior to your workout or your competitive event. Individuals sensitive to stimulants should begin with 1 scoop to help assess your tolerance. On training days mix 2-3 scoops of N.O. Nitroplex in 8-12oz. of water on an empty stomach. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Taking N.O. Nitroplex with food or on a full stomach will reduce its effects. Do not exceed three servings per day.
