Manufacturer's Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules per serving, twice daily with water. Do not exceed 4 capsules, per 24 hour period. You may choose to begin with a half dosage to assess tolerance. Avoid taking late in the day if you have difficulty falling asleep. Do not consume alcohol while using this product.
