| Details: I am a nail biter and a nail peeler. So I knew when choosing a multivitamin, I would need something with Biotin, or a specific blend that would add strength to my nails and hair. It was an added bonus that this formula helps with skin as well because nothing else seems to work. This is a great formula for any women looking for a multivitamin. The smell is a little funky, but the results are totally worth it!
