Yeast FREEze features plant-based enzymes cellulase and hemicellulase--powerful fiber-digesting enzymes. Also provided is lysozyme, an enzyme that catalyzes the breakdown of carbohydrates found in cell walls. Added RAW Food-Created Biotin may also help in the breakdown of these carbohydrates.
