Manufacturer's Directions
Adults may take 1 scoop three times per day with 8 oz of water or juice. For advanced usage take 6-12 scoops per day for 90 days, followed by a maintenance level of three per day for life. Best taken on an empty stomach. Children 12 and under may take 1 scoop per day. Great for pets.
