Everyone's metabolism is different and may respond differently to the variety and amount of each ingredient in the formula. For this reason, some customers may need to take 3 capsules while some customers may require less.
As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets once a day in the morning. Powerful Stimulant: Do not exceed 3 tablets per day and 4 weeks of continuous use and do not take within 6 hours of sleep. If you are sensitive to stimulants start with 2 tablets once a day to assess your tolerance.
