Halodrol Liquigels can be taken two different ways: 3 liquigels once a day (the method preferred by most), or 1 liquigel 3 times per day. Always take Halodrol Liquigels with 8 or more ounces of water.
Take Halodrol for 6 to 12 weeks at a time followed by a 6 week layoff.
