MitoTABS Thermophoric Mitochondrial Uncoupling Agent:
Use as a dietary supplement, take 3 scored MitoTABS in the morning 30 minutes prior to your AM meal and another 3 scored MitoTABS 6-8 hours later. To avoid sleeplessness, avoid taking Mitotropin later than mid to late afternoon. Individuals sensitive to stimulants such as caffeine may choose to take 1-2 tablets to start in order to assess their tolerance. do not exceed 6 MitoTABS per day and do not use for more than 30 days without a 30 day break in between.
MT Peak Condition Factor:
Peak Condition Factor capsules should only be taken during the final 3 days of the Mitotropin 30 day program. Some individuals may elect not to take any Peak Condition Factor capsules or only 1 to 3 of the final servings, depending on their experience and level of condition. If you choose to take all 4 serving of Peak Condition Factor, here is the prescribed regimen for doing so

| Details: I am reasonably experienced with thermogenic products (and have sampled many different compounds). Cytolean (first version) is an excellent product, so I thought I would try Mitotropin. I reacted extremely negatively to it. Two (of the recommended dose of 3) yellow tablets administered 30 minutes prior to breakfast. I spent the next 7 hours feeling like I was going mad. I felt an increased sense of warmth, and my heart beat seemed to increase slightly. But there was no added energy. I just felt confused and physically ill. My mood rapidly fluctuated between feeling OK and then feeling intense anxiety, dread, or even sadness. What??? At the end of 7 or so hours I was left still feeling confused and with a bad headache. I've read many good reviews for this product, so perhaps my response was atypical, but I will NEVER under any circumstances take another Mitotropin tablet.
