BCAAs by German American Technologies is a high potency formula containing the essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-Valine; the three protein-sparing amino acids known as branched chain. Many studies suggest that BCAAs are the most important of all amino acids for muscular growth and recuperation. BCAAs are the most rapidly absorbed. -Take 4-6 capsules 15 minutes before training
-Take 4-6 capsules during training
