Manufacturer's Directions
Under 200 lbs: Take 3-4 tablets three times daily on an empty stomach (every day). Take the first 3-4 tablets in the morning at wake-up, the second 3-4 tablets before lunch, and the last 3-4 tablets before dinner.
Over 200 lbs: Same as above but take 5-6 tablets, three times daily.
