Manufacturer's Directions
For those under 200 pounds: Take 3 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Take the first dosage in the morning on an empty stomach, the second dosage before lunch on an empty stomach and the third dosage before dinner on an empty stomach. It is recommended to take Sonic Pump on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before each meal, with plenty of water.
For those over 200 pounds: Follow the same guidelines as above, except take 4 tablets 3 times per day, everyday on an empty stomach with plenty of water.
For Best Results:
-Drink 2 glasses of grape or apple juice immediately after every workout
-Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day
-Take in 200-300 grams of protein per day
-Consume BCAAs before bedtime.
