Details: If good taste isn't high on your priority list eating Glucerna Cereal can accomplish the same thing as eating cardboard. This stuff is awful. I bought, to my great disappointment, Glucerna Crunchy Flakes ' n Raisins. It says it has both natural & artificial flavor. The natural part must be crap and I can't imagine what the artifical is because it all tastes artificial.
