Flaxseed Oil (Liquid) Description from GOOD 'N NATURAL
Organic flaxseed oil is one of the premium sources of Alpha Linolenic Acid (Omega-3) and Linoleic Acid (Omega-6) found in nature -- two essential fatty acids that contribute to cardiovascular health. They are also an energy source for the body. Our formula is filled under a nitrogen blanket to safeguard it from oxygen exposure. Through a unique cold processing method, the flaxseeds are pressed at very cold temperatures, processed without solvents and hexane-free. The dark container minimizes light exposure to maintain freshness, efficacy and potency. Our careful attention to the manufacturing process ensures you are getting the highest quality organic flaxseed oil in a convenient-to-use liquid form.

Liquid Nutrient

Great supplement! Im a little on the small side @ 110lbs and I find that 1 teaspoon is sufficient in lieu of 1 tablespoon. I tend to experience stomach cramps when I take the tablespoon.
