The Total EFA Junior supplies the daily needs of your children for essential fatty acids (EFA's) in an ideal ratio of omega-3 and omega-6. Essential fatty acids are nutrients which most children must obtain from foods or dietary supplements.
The Total EFA Junior is nutritionally complete with omega-6 GLA from Borage seed oil, omega-3 ALA from flaxseed oil and omega-3 EPA and DHA from fish oil, plus omega-9 fatty acids. The easy-to-swallow 500mg soft gel is a convenient way for your children to get a comprehensive, well-balanced blend of EFA nutritional oils.
