Lycopene and lutein, both of which are in the Multi plus formula, are two premium antioxidant nutrients that provide support for eye, prostate and breast health. The range and potency of the other vitamins and minerals in Hero's Multi plus Lycopene are fairly modest and really can't compare to even high-potency multis, so this probably isn't the product a hardcore vitamin user would choose. But for a lot of others who don't do well with capsules or tablets, they wouldn't be taking any vitamins at all if it weren't for the Multi plus Lycopene.
