Ingredients:

Manufacturer's Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 8 oz of water before bedtime. Stir until dissolved. Consume in weekly intervals of 5 days on, 2 days off. Best if taken on an empty stomach. Avoid eating 1-2 hours before bedtime.
