Active Ingredients: Arnica Montana 30X HPUS, for joint & muscle soreness; pain; aches & pains; swelling; bruising; stiffness; inflammation; back ache; trauma & fatigue.
Inactive ingredients: Lactose N.F.
Manufacturer's Directions
Adults and children 12 years and over: Dissolve 1-2 tablets under tongue 4 times per day or as needed. Children 6-12 years: 1/2 adults dose. 1-2 tablets may be taken in anticipation of strenuous activity or injury.
