L-Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid synthesized by the body from ornithine. Arginine supports protein synthesis as it is involved in the transport and storage of nitrogen. 1 gram arginine tablets, easy to take the gram doses I use

I don't use any NO products anymore. Instead I've gone back to basics and am just using L-arginine, Not the expensive multi-arginine blends. Most of what we know about the benefits of supplemental arginine we know from studies of L-arginine, not the altered forms. It works, and its inexpensive and I like being able to take a substantial dose with just a few tablets, not a handful of gelatin caps. I take NOW nattokinase along with the Jarrow arginine as my "circulation stack".
