Bottling oil in an opaque container while using inert gas excludes light and air, preventing free radical formation. The bottle has been exhaustively tested and is inert in the presence of Flaxseed Oil.

Manufacturer's Directions
Take 1 to 3 tsps daily. For maximum freshness, consume within 6 weeks of opening. May be frozen to extend shelf life. Do not heat- cold preparation only! Do not use for fry cooking. Use in place of butter on vegetables, rice, potatoes, etc. Delicious in salad dressings, sauces and blender drinks.
