Manufacturer's Directions
Initiate use with 1 capsule to assess your tolerance to Therminex-XS. Proceed to 2 capsules twice daily, 1 serving (2 capsules) upon waking and the other serving either after exercise, or before your afternoon meal. Never exceed 2 servings (or 4 capsules) per day.
