| Details: I've shopped around the proteins and wasted some hard earned cash. I'm very happy with this one. This is a protein only, you will need a separate amino supplement, but it's worth it. If you have tried monster milk you can attest to this.It doesn't have too many calories, and goes into your system pretty quickly after workouts. The taste is the best I've seen in a protein, and no gas or stomach issues with this one either. I am a 31 year old blue collar guy, so I hate wasting my dough. It's not too cheap, but in my opinion well worth it.
