Overview
Here's an awesome very-low calorie and low-sugar shake mix from Labrada. Because it's from Labrada, it's going to taste good, that's for sure. One thing this company totally gets right with all their products is the flavor and taste. Just make sure to mix it into cold liquid, with some ice if possible. In each Lean Body shake, you're going to get about as much protein as you can probably handle in a single meal, 40g. That's more than a half dozen eggs. It's also nice to see a MRP without any maltodextrin, which are too-often touted as complex carbs (they really aren't with their sky high glycemic index >130).

Manufacturer's Directions
Glass- Fill glass with 10 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Add 1 packet (65g) of Carbwatchers Lean Body, and mix with a spoon until powder is evenly distributed.
Shaker- Fill Shaker with 10 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Add 1 packet (65g) of Carbwatchers Lean Body. Cover and shake until powder is evenly distributed.
Blender - Fill Blender with 10 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. For a creamy ice cream flavor, add a handful of ice cubes. Add 1 Packet (65g) of CarbWatchers Lean Body. Cover & blend for 20-30 seconds or until powder is thoroughly mixed.

It will give you the results you're looking for.
A few years ago I was ready to give up going to the gym all together because I was putting in two to three hours three to four times a week and not seeing the results I wanted. Discouraged, I vented my frustrations to the gym owner. He asked me to give him two months and if I didn't see a difference he'd refund my membership. He recommended the Labrada Lean Body, Carb Watchers, Shake and did the calculations of how much protein I should be taking in on a daily basis.
Prior to this, I had always been a little skeptical about protein powder and supplements but I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, two months later I started to see a big difference. I was gaining in the right places and losing the fat. Three years later and I still swear by this product. Follow the program and you will see a difference!

I've tried a LOT of Meal replacement powders. This is the all-around best IMO.
I use meal replacement shakes when I'm in a cutting phase and trying to lean up. So far, this has been the best-tasting, with the best nutritional profile of the ones I've tried. I use the vanilla ice cream flavor with ice cold milk and it comes out great. A lot of the MRPs are too sweet and dense for me - I wind up not finishing them. But the Lean Body shakes are the lightest of the MRPs and very easy to get down. No post-shake bloat!
