Use up to 4 times daily:
Glass- fill glass with 12-16 oz of water or skim milk. Add 2 scoops (80g) of Lean Body Instant Whole Food Shake and mix with a spoon.
Shaker- Fill shaker with 12-16 oz of water or skim milk. Add 2 scoops (80g) of Lean Body Instant Whole Food Shake. Cover and shake.
Blender- Fill blender with 12-16 oz of water or skim milk (for a creamy ice cream flavor add a handful of ice cubes.) Add 2 scoops (80g) of Lean Body Instant Whole Food Shake. Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds.
