Fill glass with 10oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Add 1 packet (79g) of Lean Body, and mix with a spoon until powder is evenly distributed.

| Details: if this shake was served to me at the ice cream store, I would have never known the difference, it is soo good, it also does not include the poison aspartame in it, I give it a five star!

| Details: I like the taste of the Labrada, works as well as myoplex, but costs less. My favorite aspect is the fact that it mixes easily and smoothly in a shaker, which makes it great for work-no blender neaded.

| Details: I work for AllStarHealth.com, so I get to sample different products from time to time. I have been pretty loyal to Myoplex for the past few years, but I think i might give Labrada a chance to win me over. The profile is very similar to Myoplex it has 2 less grams of protein, and the taste was just as good, if not better. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a meal replacement to supplement their diet. Ive only tried the vanilla and I mixed it with strawberries, blueberries, and soy milk to make myself a breakfast shake. Ive heard the chocolate flavor is good too, so maybe Ill try that one next.
