Manufacturer's Directions
Methyl 1-D: Take 4 capsules each day during week 1. Take two with breakfast and two with dinner. During weeks 2 through 4 take five capsules per day. Take two with breakfast and three with dinner. Do not exceed recommended dose.

MMv3: Take 3 to 5 tablets per day in divided doses. Place one tablet in mouth. Allow to dissolve completely then swallow. Use MMv3 for 4 to 6 week programs. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Formadrol Extreme: During weeks 5 and 6 take four capsules per day. Take two capsules with breakfast and two with dinner. During weeks 7 and 8 take all capsules with meals. Do not exceed recommended dose.
