Manufacturer's Directions
Take one (1) scoop twice daily with 8 to 16 ounces of water 15 to 30 minutes before the heaviest meals, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Stir briskly and consume immediately. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning.
