Manufacturer's Directions
Begin by consuming one 15 gram serving mixed with 4-16 ounces of cold water. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance and sensitivity. RagNOrok-ULTRA is strong enough that one serving is all that is needed. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume one additional serving.
Training days: Once tolerance has been assessed, mix one 15 gram serving with 4-16 ounces of cold water. For maximum results take on an empty stomach void of protein, at least 2 hours after meals or one hour after a protein shake, 30-60 minutes prior to training.
Non-training Days: Mix one 15 gram serving of RagNOrok-ULTRA with 4-16 ounces of cold water and consume on an empty stomach. May be taken with carbs.
