But creatine formulas are a dime a dozen and every brand insists theirs is the best. Is CELL-TECH all its cracked up to be? It almost depends on whom you ask; when it comes to creatine products, everyone seems to have a different opinion. CELL-TECH does have the benefit of ongoing high-profile advertisements and endorsements and it has had plenty of dedicated users from day one. You probably already know the basics about creatine and what a great supplement it is for anyone who needs or wants more muscle size and strength. You may also know that absorption is a big issue with creatine since a person can only metabolize so much creatine at a time.
