Day 1 to Day 5: Take 2 servings daily, 1 in the morning when you wake up and the other immediately after your workout. If you are not training that day, have the first serving in the morning when you wake up and the second serving 12 hour later.

Day 6 and Beyond: Take 1 serving immediately after your workout. If you are not training that day, have your serving in the morning when you wake up.

Best creatine around!!

Details: I have tried several different creatines but found this one was the best based on results. I also like that this product is caffeine free and does not shrink any of your body parts and allows you to sleep at night. I have seen incredible result and muscle mass within a very short period. On the other hand all your muscle gains and power will disapear once you stop taking this product. Good for competion and showing off at the beach during the summer!
