Take 2 servings (each serving consisting of 3 caplets) with an 8-oz. glass of water daily. On workout days, take 1 serving first thing in the morning and the other serving immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take 1 serving in the morning and the other anytime during the day. Do not exceed 2 servings (6 caplets) in a 24-hour period.
Consume ten 8-oz. glasses of water daily to help enhance creatine absorption, to maintain an adequate state of hydration and for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
