Directions: For the first 5 days: take 1 heaping teaspoon (6 grams), 5 times a day (30 grams total) for the loading phase. From day 6 and on: take 1 heaping (6 grams), 1-3 times a d ay (6-18 grams total) for the maintenance dose. Using 3 heaping teaspoons a day is believed to be a more highly-effective dose.
