Take one serving (3 capsules) with an 8 oz. glass of water twice daily. On days of your workout, take one of these servings before the workout. Consume ten glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 4 hour period and/or 6 capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.

 Extremely Disappointed with New Formula!

| Details: I recently purchased the new Hydroxycut Hardcore X formula hoping that it would deliver the same fantastic results I was receiving from the Hyrdroxycut Hardcore formula recalled earlier this year. Sorry to say that it simply does NOT deliver. The only thing I did was sweat profusely during my workout and experienced insomnia. The next morning and felt weak and sick.
There is nothing in the new formula that really promotes weightloss. Do not waste your money. I wish I could get a refund!
