Ingredients:
Arsenicum Album 12X(desire to move feet constantly), Chamomile 6X(urge to get up and walk around), Causticum 12X(restless legs at night), Lycopodium clavatum 6X(weakness, numbness, leg cramps, Palladium 12X(heavy limbs, darting pains, restlessness), Platina 12X(restlessness, tingling legs), Zincum Metalicum 12X(twitching and jerking of legs)
Inactive ingredients: cellulose, dextrose, lactose, magnesium stearate.
Manufacturer's Directions
Adults and children 12 years and over, chew one tablet every four hour or as needed
Children 6-12 years use one half the adult dosage
For children under 6 years consult a health professional
