Details: This product is great. It comes in a tiny, easy-to-swallow capsule that is taste and odorless. Becuase the benefits of ALA are huge, there is no reason not to take it. This helps with skincare as well as antioxidant function. This is inexpensive, but vital and should be recommended to everyone.
