Ingredients:

Manufacturer's Directions
Dissolve one (1) packet of the effervescent powder in 4 to 8 ounces of water. Stir briskly. Use one (1) packet at night before retiring; take five (5) days and then skip two (2) days. Most effective when taken on an empty stomach, preferably 2 to 4 hours before or after mealtime. For optimum results take for 3 to 6 months consecutively.
