Manufacturer's Directions
Stir 1 level scoop (5 g), into 12 oz of cold water or juice. Drink additional water (at least 8 oz) after ingesting PGX. Begin with 1/2 a scoop and gradually increase over several days as tolerated. Use consistently before or with meals or with healthy snacks to greatly reduce appetite and curb food cravings.
