Manufacturer's Directions
For Daily Maintenance: Start your day with 1 scoop (29g) mixed as instructed.
For Total Body Rejuvenation: 1 scoop (29g), 2 times a day along with a liberal diet of raw or lightly steamed vegetables and fruits. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of pure spring mineral water daily.
Mixing instructions: Shake vigorously in a shaker cup 1 scoop (29g) in 8 fl.oz. of cold purified water or freshly pressed juice (vegetable or fruit) or, in a blender, blend 1 scoop (29g) with 8 fl.oz. of purified water and 1 cup of frozen organic berries or other fruit.
