Good, but could be better.

Details: I have a family history of high cholesterol. Since starting to take naturemade fish oil, I saw some very huge decreases in triglycerides and serum cholesterol. My serum cholesterol is still high, but triglycerides over halved within a period of two years. Exercise and take supplements peeps!
