Nature's Way Alfa-Max is a highly concentrated (10x) extract of fresh green Alfalfa along with alfalfa leaves (medicago sative) in preservation-free capsules. It is made more assimible by removing the undigestible cellulose fiber. Each capsule contains 4 20 mg Alfalfa extract with 105 mg Alfalfa leaves. Eight Alfa-Max capsules contain approximmaely 2,600 IU of Vitamin A provides 52% of the United States Recommended Daily Allowance. As an addition to the daily diet, take two capsules four times daily with water at mealtimes.
