Chlorofresh Directions from NATURE'S WAY

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Take two tablespoonfuls, one to two times daily. If odor is not controlled take an additional two tablespoonfuls per day. The smallest effective dosage should be used. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor before use. For use as a mouthwash, rinse or gargle: Use full strength or add one to two tablespoonfuls of Chlorofresh Liquid to one-half glass of water. Rinse mouth thoroughly and repeat.

Great red blood cell builder

Details: I was very anemic~~~hematocrit count 19. Did Vit. C and iron for a month. Count came up by one. Started 2T liquid Chlorophyll (natures Way) a day and in a month count was 37. I stopped the Chlorophyll and in a year was way anemic again, so went back to N.Way liquid chlorophyll and in a month built the count back up. This time I took 2 T twice a day. I'm back to 2T a day now, and will continue for the rest of my life. I now have my daughter taking 1 T a day, just because.
