Quick and no after effects.

What's the use of sleeping all night if some drug makes you feel groggy in the morning ??? I've tried a few things and this is the best. I've used it occasionally for several years; originally bought at Henry's but they replaced it with a store brand that didn't work. I guess I didn't read directions, because I take two caps (vice four) and it works fine. But it does wear off quickly (a good thing), so if I were to take it an hour before retiring (per directions) it would be worn off by then. If I wake up at night and can't get back to sleep, I just take some more, since I know it will wear off by get-up time.

It works quickly and wears off quickly.

I will take this stuff and be asleep in 15 minutes. It wears off in an hour or so which is good since there is NO after-effect grogginess. I've been using it for several years (not every night) and it still works fine.
