good value, appropriate dosage for women

This is my second round using 7-keto. For several years I have battled intermittent adrenal exhaustion and have found that this product is very helpful in raising energy levels after a total system crash without excessive side effects. I did have a problem on the first go round as I hadn't researched the difference between the way DHEA and 7-keto affect men and women, and experienced problems when I increased my dosage. After extensive reading it seems that women typically benefit from much lower doses of these supplements than men, and have fewer unpleasant side effects from the 7-keto version. I have been taking only one per day as a recovery dose and would actually like to see this product in an even lower dosage (perhaps 10mg) for daily maintenance. When it comes to healing and supporting endocrine/hormone balance, less is more. On another note, I have come to trust the NOW brand for quality and value and have been pleased as usual with this specific product.
