Best form of zinc to use in my opinion, easy on the stomach too

I have used many zinc supplements over the years but recently switched over to this one. In Shippen's book on testosterone, he makes a pretty persuasive case about the importance of zinc for men, and of taking enough. Based on his book, I take between 60-90 mg per day. I allow 30 mg from my multi and with the 30 mg potency I can use 1 or 2 of these to top it off. Opti-L Zinc is a patented, chelated form of zinc with good absorption. Small easy-to-swallow capsules, and probably the best type for those with sensitive stomachs.
