Policosanol
Overview
Policosanol is extracted from natural plant waxes, and is made up of long-chain fatty alcohols, or LCFAs. It has been studied in non-clinical settings and shows promise as a free radical fighting antioxidant. Other roles include aiding immune function and supporting heart health. Policosanol is also used as a cholesterol regulating supplement, to lower bad and increase good cholesterol. Now Policosanol uses 100 percent natural Policosanol from the rich source of sugar cane.
