As a dietary supplement take 8 capsules of Growth Factor pre and post workout with 6 to 10 ounces of cold water. Growth Factor may be used in place of a protein shake when dieting as it contains high amounts of Branched Chain Amino Acids and Essential Amino Acids (without all the calories).
