2:1:1 Recovery Directions from OPTIMUM NUTRITION

Shaker: Bringing a shaker cup with you to the gym is the best way to get a powerful dose of protein immediately after your workout. Just add 2 rounded scoops of 2:1:1 Recovery to your shaker cup and then pour 12-16 oz. of your preferred beverage. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds. (If you're making a 1 rounded scoop serving, just cut the amount of water milk, or juice in half).

Blender: Add 2 rounded scoops of 2:1:1 Recovery to a blender filled with 12-16 oz. of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Then add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for an additional 30 seconds. REduce the liquid and ice by half if you are only using one rounded scoop of 2:1:1 Recovery powder.

Spoon Stirred: If you forgot your shaker cup or don't have time to get out the blender, you can add 2:1:1 Recovery in a glass filled with cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. If you're preparing a 2 rounded scoop serving add 12-16 oz of liquid, for a 1 rounded scoop serving us

Cant get past the taste

Details: I really couldnt get past the taste, i even tried blending it off with some BSN Syntha-6 (cause its the best tasting stuff out there) and that didnt help at all. Not sure if it helps you out but you should never... ever buy this in Raspberry (Hopefully the other flavors are better). I drank maybe 3 scoops over a couple days and just threw away the rest it was that bad...
